2. Services

We provide professional domestic, office, and deep cleaning services across London for residential and commercial properties, especially offices. All staff are vetted and insured for your safety and peace of mind.

3. Bookings

Appointments can be made:

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice will incur a £50 cancellation fee. This applies to both new and returning clients.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments and recover costs associated with debt recovery.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the extent covered by our insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damages or poor conditions.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the property at the agreed time
  • Secure fragile and valuable items in advance
  • Pets must be safely kept away from the working area

8. Staff Conduct

Our staff are vetted, trained, and insured. Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the service to info@neattidyclean.co.uk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of Neat and Tidy Cleaning Ltd and may not be reused without written permission.

10. Website Usage

You must not misuse this site by introducing malicious software. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

11. GDPR & Privacy
